Had a great time during my vacation, the room was spacious and modern with a bathtub, a comfy bed, and a full fridge, and the restaurant served delicious hot meals.

Very clean bed in the honeymoon king suite, plus a microwave oven, an air conditioning, and an iron. Helpful staff, simple check in. Neat building, good and easy location right by the grocery store and the main attractions such as Clifton hill, the falls and Clifton Hill area.

Pool was clean and well kept, nice considering the heat. Pool hours until 11pm, was great.
Beds were very hard, carpets were stained and we had flies in our room.

Lamp fell out of the wall on my head when I turned it off. When I told them the internet was not working (it never worked). They just told me it was working and provided no help to get it working.

Cleanliness. Good breakfast included in price.
No one in office except on call. Local tourist brochures displayed in office not readily accessible. Arriving on American side by train from New York, hotel has to be reached by taxi. A shuttle, even at a cost to guests would have made life a lot easier.

We appreciated our rooms with a heart-shaped jacuzzi tub. the location was convenient and the best, so close to Clifton Hill & Niagara Falls, tourist area, and Marineland.

Close to cafes, supermarkets and resto... But there are lots of accommodation better and more accessible than villager lodge niagara falls
They have exactly the same super simple and so basic breakfast everyday...coffee, cereal, bread and boiled eggs.. The lady receptionist is not so approachable

The hotel's rooms were spacious and excellent. the location of the hotel was fantastic, close to attractions. - A seafood restaurant, Lakeport Fish & Chips, was just a 10-minute walk away. - the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the food was delicious.
